Disposal Bin Rental

Terms and Conditions

Materials excluded for disposal in a roll-off bin (herein referred to as "excluded materials") shall include but not be limited to hazardous waste, large amounts of concrete, bricks, tile, dirt, gravel, sod, stone, rock, asphalt, metal beams (except as specifically disposed through the use of a separate 15/30 yard roll-off bin), industrial waste, chemical products, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive materials, solvents, paint, other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, engines, motors, oil filters, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline, antifreeze, large appliances, contaminated soil, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, bathtubs, fluorescent tubes and light ballasts', railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animal carcasses, human feces, animal feces, barrels, 'Hard to Handle' materials. Customer or agent shall not place any materials unacceptable to local landfill sites or in any way hazardous or potentially hazardous by designation under any Municipal, Provincial, Federal or other applicable laws or regulations.

Customer shall be responsible for and shall advise Len’s Hauling Ltd. of the location.  Customer shall allow Len's Hauling Ltd to enter and leave the location in which the roll-off bin will be located. Customer warrants that Len’s Hauling Ltd. shall have access to the roll-off bin and other equipment as required to perform the services and the placement site shall be sufficient to bear the weight of such roll-off bins and equipment. The customer assumes all liability for the inability to access such roll-off bins and equipment as well as any damages to such sites, structures, facilities, surfaces, pavement, curbing, driveways, parking areas, yards, removable objects or personal property thereon.

Customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to any and all equipment on the date scheduled for access to Len’s Hauling Ltd’s equipment. If such equipment is inaccessible so that the scheduled services cannot be performed; Len’s Hauling Ltd. will promptly notify the Customer and afford the Customer a reasonable opportunity to provide the access and reschedule the service, provided however, Len’s Hauling Ltd. will charge an additional fee for the Customer's failure to provide initial access.

Any and all equipment by Len’s Hauling Ltd. shall remain the property of Len’s Hauling Inc.; however, Customer acknowledges that it has custody and control of such equipment while at the Customer's location and accepts responsibility for all loss for damage to the equipment (except for normal wear and tear or for loss or damages resulting from Len’s Hauling Ltd. handling of the equipment) and for its contents. Customer agrees not to overload (by weight or volume), move or alter the equipment, and shall use the equipment only for its proper and intended purpose. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Len’s Hauling Ltd. against all claims, damages, suits, penalties, fines and liabilities for injury or death to persons or loss or damages to property arising out of Customer's use, operation or procession of the equipment.  Customer assumes responsibility and additional costs for off-loading overweight or over height containers within 30 days of the invoice.

Len’s Hauling Ltd. shall acquire title to conforming waste materials when such materials are placed into Len’s Hauling Ltd. roll-off bins and other equipment. Title to and liability for any excluded materials shall remain with Customer and Customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Len’s Hauling Ltd. from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from, arising out of or related to such excluded materials as described herein.

Garbage Hauling/ Trailer Rental

Terms and Conditions

Materials excluded for disposal by a Hand Pick-up Team member or in a Len’s Hauling trailer (herein referred to as "excluded materials") shall include but not be limited to hazardous waste, large amounts of concrete, bricks, tile, dirt, gravel, sod, stone, rock, asphalt, metal beams (except as specifically disposed through the use of a separate trailer), industrial waste, chemical products, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive materials, solvents, paint, other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, engines, motors, oil filters, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gasoline, antifreeze, contaminated soil, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animal carcasses, human feces, animal feces, barrels, 'Hard to Handle' materials.  Customer or agent shall not place any materials unacceptable to local landfill sites or in any way hazardous or potentially hazardous by designation under any Municipal, Provincial, Federal or other applicable laws or regulations. Len’s Hauling may dispose of tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, bathtubs, barbeques, fluorescent bulbs and light ballasts’ when arranged previously for disposal.

Customer shall allow Len's Hauling Ltd to enter and leave the location in which the garbage is located. Customer warrants that Len’s Hauling Ltd. shall have access to the garbage and other equipment as required to perform the services and the placement site shall be sufficient to bear the weight of such trailers and equipment. The customer assumes all liability for the inability to access such trailers and equipment as well as any damages to such sites, structures, facilities, surfaces, pavement, curbing, driveways, parking areas, yards, removable objects or personal property thereon.
